ReSet breathwork

Conscious breathing is a powerful practice with many effective methods. I have studied breathwork in many traditions. Some opt for very passive, calming work, others dive into very active practices which can have dramatic results in releasing trauma and pain.

I have chosen a middle path. I want you to understand how and why you might use different styles of breathing to affect your body and mind, your energy levels and your ability to be your best you.

Positive results from conscious breathing include: stronger immune system, release of toxins from the body, gentle release of stuck emotions and trauma, increased positivity and creativity, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep and so much more. Conscious breathing is a key to meditation for many.
