Our world is fast, loud and so busy. In all this amplified energy, it can be hard to stay calm. You may have noticed more fear- in the media and in yourself. When I talk about meditation as a calming tool, I often get a blank stare and an “I can’t do that” shrug. Meditation is so easy… it’s just a breath away.
