I’m used to blank stares when I tell. people what I do. What’s a sound healer, a sound bath, an energy worker… so maybe this will help. Vibrational medicine is defined as working with the subtle energies of the body and mind to move a client towards their wellness goals, and support treatments recommended through conventional medicine.

The body has many systems- circulatory, respiratory etc. Modern medicine works with those systems because they are visible. But ancient medicine protocols (Chinese, ayurvedic and tribal) all recognize that the body also has an energy system which is not so clearly visible. Modern research is just beginning to support that there is an energy network in the body, as part of the fascia. Traditional Chinese medicine works with the body’s energy meridian system and acupuncturists are now being used more commonly as referrals from conventional physicians. (slowly the doors are opening 😉)
My training is extensive- diving deeply into energy and sound healing and working with 1000’s of clients over the years. My resume is here if you are interested.
My work today is rooted in the use of my own intentionally composed music, the power of positive thought and energy, imagery and breathwork. These components, presented intuitively for each client can create a relaxing, healing, elevating, even an awakening experience. The music and energy seem to meet the client where they are. So if a new client comes in and just wants to chill, the experience isn’t overwhelming, rather they connect with just what they wish. If a client wants to go deeper, they can find a deeper experience. The results have a bit to do which what I provide and everything to do with what the client is open to.
There’s a lot of research being done now on sound, energy, vibrational medicine. I’m just putting a few links here for those of you who want some “proof.”
