Sept 12 In-person sound bath– 6-7:30pm at my new location. We will have a lovely time using sound and breath to help you open to rest, peace, healing or a lovely journey. Bring your own blankets and pillows! There are plenty of chairs and I have 3 zero gravity chairs. If you need one, please contact me if you need to reserve one. Cost $30

Sept 25, Drum Journey– 6-7:30pm at my new location. Come drum with me, then I’ll drum for you as I send you off on a lovely shamanic journey. No experrience needed. Bring a drum, your own blankets and pillows and water. Cost $20 or as you wish

Oct 6, Group meditation– On the first Tuesday of the month, let’s get together and help each other chill out. We’ll practice a different style of meditation every month because I believe everyone needs to find ways to calm themselves… and there are SO many styles of meditation. You CAN do this.
Group is by donation. You can pay cash or digitally as you wish at the event but reserve a seat so I know you’re coming.

Coming – Express yourself- a workshop in creative expression-Easy practices for navigating change with clarity and confidence- breath, gentle movement, sound, and expression through drawing, painting, writing. No experience needed. Supplies provided. More info
Coming- ReSet breathwork- Breathwork practice with intention to help you build a tool kit of breathing practices to help navigate changing times- breath to calm, breath to activate to the levels you choose in the course of your day. More info
