held at its historic location around the Campus Lakes and will include live music and vendors. This year’s event will be held in conjunction with the Carnation City Food Truck Rally, Homecoming
Coming – Express yourself- a workshop in creative expression-Easy practices for navigating change with clarity and confidence- breath, gentle movement, sound, and expression through drawing, painting, writing. No experience needed. Supplies provided. More info
Coming- 6-8pm- ReSet breathwork- Breathwork practice with intention to help you build a tool kit of breathing practices to help navigate changing times- breath to calm, breath to activate to the levels you choose in the course of your day. More info
